Personal Training

Our one-on-one personal training packages are 100% customised for every member who walks through the door. After identifying your training goals, you will undertake a full movement screening and fitness assessment. We use the results from this assessment to design an individualised programme that ensures you achieve optimal results.

At Ironcast, we pride ourselves on implementing a much more personal approach. We won’t fob you off with a typical run-of-the-mill bodybuilding programme. Every single exercise is carefully selected and serves a purpose.
