Hybrid sessions
Limited to 10 places per block
Our Hybrid sessions for busy professionals run in structured blocks — not as rolling drop-in sessions. Each season has a clear training block with progressive programming from week one to the final week. You commit to the block; the blocks delivers results.
Numbers are capped at 10 to ensure every athlete is coached, not just supervised.
