12 week strength & conditioning programme
Our 12-week strength and conditioning programme produces specifically tailored workouts to lose weight, build strength, and create a maintainable and healthy lifestyle. You will partake in weekly fitness classes consisting of high-intensity exercises that integrate weight training, cardio and callisthenics. We also provide all of our members with a personalised nutrition plan, specific to their goals.

We aim to make your fitness journey fun and maintainable - while also getting you in the best shape of your life! Our small group sessions intend you get all the benefits of a personal trainer at a fraction of a cost.
What happens when the 12 weeks are over?
Our fitness classes are suitable for people of all ages, sizes and capabilities. It's never too late to get in shape!
Our gym classes take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in our Dundalk training facility. Members can choose between 7am or 6pm classes.
